Most caffeine trackers stop at milligrams. Stimly shows how a drink is expected to play out over time, using personal factors and the way it was consumed to draw a live caffeine curve.
Users can see their projected peak, the later fade, and how much caffeine may still be around near bedtime. The first release combines fast drink logging with sleep projections, history, and optional deeper tolerance insights.

“I love coffee, and I kept ruining my own sleep with it.”
Mateusz is a solo founder from Poland. He created Stimly after repeatedly wondering how much caffeine was still active late in the day—and whether one more espresso would disrupt his sleep.
That personal annoyance became a focused iOS product: a tracker designed to make caffeine timing understandable at a glance, without presenting itself as a medical tool.
